Parish church, northleigh. St. Giles. Built largely of local flints in the 14th and early 16th century. Too well restored 1869. The font is norman, bench ends and chancel screen date from early 16th century (hoskins).

Norman origins. Nave with lower chancel includes remains of norman door but is probably mostly 14c. N aisle with chapel is probably late 15c- early 16c. Vestry on n aisle is 19c, as is s porch. Restored 1858 + 1869. Beerstone font is norman but heavily restored (nmr citing doe and cherry + pevsner).
