Depicted on the Tithe Map 1441-3 on Lamerton apportionment ('houses and gardens'). Appears to be a central dwelling with small ancillary buildings at both ends.

Stone built cottage with the top half of the building rendered; the lower half exposed stonework. Tiled roof with east end chimney stack, and axial stack. Small outshot porch with corrugated iron roof at the western end of the building. The upper portion of the western gable end is slate hung.
