The possible quarry is visible as an earthwork pit on digital images derived from Lidar data captured during 2005 and 2012.

A possible quarry of post-medieval to modern date is visible as an earthwork pit on digital images derived from Lidar data captured during 2005 and 2012, to the east of Bearland Copse. The earthwork pit is oval in shape, measures approximately 9m in length by 7m in width and is located in proximity to a larger quarry depicted on historical mapping, approximately 230m to the west.
