A short length of field boundary of probable post medieval date was visible on aerial photographs of the 1940s and 1960s as a low earthwork bank between Chaldon Farm and Tye Farm. A section of the former boundary remained visible as a cropmark and possible very low earthwork on digital images derived from aerial photographs taken in 2010, but the earthwork had probably been largely levelled. A second post medieval earthwork bank was visible some 50 metres to the west but was depicted on the Tithe Map for Cullompton and was therefore not transcribed.
