Summary
A possible former enclosure boundary was visible as an earthwork ditch on images derived from lidar data captured in 2005 and 2010. The boundary was probably medieval in date but it had passed out of use prior to the mid-19th century.

An earthwork ditch is visible.

A possible former enclosure boundary was visible as an earthwork ditch on images derived from lidar data captured in 2005 and 2010. The relict earthwork, which possibly enclosed the mill buildings, was aligned upon and abutted extant field boundaries of probable medieval origin and might therefore be of similar date. It did not correspond with any boundaries depicted on the Tithe Map for Cullompton and had therefore passed out of use prior to the mid-19th century.
