The earthwork remains of an orchard of probable post-medieval to 20th century date were visible as banks to the north-west of Aunke Manor Farm, previously Great Aunk, on aerial photographs of 1999 and digital images derived from lidar data. The visible earthworks fall within an orchard depicted on the Ordnance Survey first edition 25inch map which remained planted in 1946 but was largely bare of trees by 1999 by which time the underlying earthwork banks were visible. The banks remained clearly visible as well defined earthworks on images derived from lidar data captured in 2005 and 2010.
