A ring ditch approximately 12 metres in diameter is visible as a cropmark.

A possible ring ditch potentially of later prehistoric date was visible as a cropmark on aerial photographs of 1989 on a terrace of relatively level ground east of Three Elms Cross. The cropmark was approximately 3 metres wide and enclosed an area roughly 12 metres in diameter. Ring ditches could evidence of barrows of Bronze Age date or roundhouses of Iron Age to Roman date. The cropmark is not visible on other aerial photographs available to the survey. Further investigation such as geophysical survey is recommended.
