A cropmark of a possible ditched former field boundary of probable medieval date is visible on aerial photographs of 1989, on the south-facing slopes east of Frogmore Cross. The cropmark is up to 6 metres wide and is curvilinear in plan, falling within the surrounding field pattern, which has been characterised as medieval enclosure.
