Decorative cast iron lamp standard on a granite base located at the point of the Livery Dole triangle, at the junction of Magdalen Road and Fore Street. The granite base is inscribed CHARLES GORDON 26TH JANUARY 1885. It shares a similarity in design with the Nethercott Lamp at the junction of Fore Street and North Street.
