Orchard banks of probable post-medieval to modern date are visible as a series of linear earthwork banks on aerial photographs of 1947 onwards, at Growen Farm. The site of the orchard is listed on the Cullompton parish tithe apportionment of approximately 1838-48, although aerial photographs of 1947 show that the orchard trees have been largely grubbed out, leaving a series of partial northwest to southeast aligned banks, upon which the fruit trees were established, visible. The surviving earthwork banks occupy an area of approximately 0.36 hectares of southeast facing slope within a single elongated shaped plot depicted on the parish tithe map. The surviving banks are likely to have been much more extensive than has been transcribed here owing to their poor definition on aerial photographs. The orchard banks remain faintly visible as a series of earthwork banks on aerial photographs up until 1989, although are not clearly visible after this date, although may still survive as earthwork banks to some extent.
