Orchard banks of probable post-medieval to modern date are visible as a series of linear earthwork banks on aerial photographs of 1947 onwards, at Moorstone Barton. The site of the orchard is listed on the Halberton parish tithe apportionment of approximately 1838-48, and aerial photographs of 1947 show that the orchard remains largely intact, although a series of partial north to south aligned earthwork banks are visible. The orchard banks remain visible on aerial photographs up until 1966, although are no longer visible after this date and may have been completely levelled.
