Summary
A rectilinear enclosure, visible as an indistinct dark cropmark on aerial photographs taken in 1999, is very tentatively interpreted as a ditched settlement enclosure of later prehistoric or Romano-British date. Below-ground remains may survive.

A rectlinear dark cropmark is visible.

A possible rectilinear enclosure, circa 23 metres in width, is visible as an indistinct dark cropmark on aerial photographs taken in 1999. The northern side is not visible, and the cropmarks vary between 2.5 and 4.5 metres in visible width. The size and shape of the feature is consistent with an interpretation as a ditched settlement enclosure of later prehistoric or Romano-British date. However, the cropmark is not visible on any other available aerial photographs and interpretation is extremely tentative. Further work is required to ascertain whether below-ground remains survive.
