Devon County Council, 1838-1848, Tithe Mosaic, approximately 1838-1848 (Cartographic). SDV349431.

Boyland shown on 19th century Tithe Map as a group of irregular shaped buildings around an irregular shaped yard and surrounded by orchards. The Apportionment lists Field Number 467 as 'Higher Boyland' with a 'Farm, House and Yard' and Field Number 487 to the south as 'Lower Boyland' with a 'Farm, House and Yard'.
