Devon County Council, 1838-1848, Tithe Mosaic, approximately 1838-1848 (Cartographic). SDV349431.
Farmstead shown on 19th century Tithe Map as a group od five buildings around a Y-shaped yard. The Apportionment for 'Franklin' farmstead lists Field Number 744 as 'Farm House and Yard' and Field number 746 as 'Farm Garden'.
