Village Water Supply, Mill and Water Meadows, Sampford Peverell.

Sampford Mill was present in 1880-90 maps of the area. The three story mill still exists and stood next to the Great Pond. The Great Pond was drained in the 1950s. Sampford Mill is within the conservation area but the site of the Great Pond lies outside of the conservation boundary.
