Summary
A ring ditch was visible on aerial photographs as a cropmark on the east facing slopes to the south-east of Dunsmore Cottages. It is probable that the cropmarks are the remains of a barrow of Bronze Age date.

A ring ditch was visible on aerial photographs as a cropmark to the south-east of Dunsmore Cottages. The cropmark is between 2 to 3 metres wide, enclosing an area up to 12 metres in diameter. It is probable that the cropmarks are the remains of a barrow of Bronze Age date, one of three in close proximity potentially forming a small cemetery group on the east facing slopes of a shallow combe overlooking the Culm Valley.
