Former drying room (Building 103) originally built in 1908 by H. Harris of Okehampton. Constructed of cement-rendered brick under a slate roof. The building, which largely retains its 1908 form, was and still is divided into two equal portions and served by a projecting porch. The rooms are now used as an office and chapel.
