A house and adjoining outbuildings are shown, set back from the junction of Charlotte Street and East Street, with a conservatory or green house on the south side. A covered way is shown through to the gardens at the west end of the property. To the south and south-east of the buildings gardens are shown laid out with paths and trees with a small rectangular building fronting Charlotte Street.

Buildings visible.

Two buildings are depicted on the 1839 Tithe Map within plot 1127. A building in the same position and probably representing the same structure is shown on the 1889 and 1890 Ordnance Survey maps with a glass-roofed building appended to its southern side. By this time the building represent the southernmost structure of a range of buildings that had been built since 1839. The building was still shown in 1905.
To the south-west, fronting Charlotte Street, within a garden containing trees and paths is a small building which is shown on the 1889 and 1905 Ordnance Survey maps. The double lines shown bounding the gardens probably represent walls.
