Orchard banks of probable post-medieval to modern date are visible as a series of partial linear earthwork banks on aerial photographs of 1947 onwards, at Willand. The site of the two adjacent orchards is listed on the Willand parish tithe apportionment of approximately 1838-48. They are visible as a series of partial northeast to southwest aligned earthwork banks, although are largely obscured by tree cover and could not be fully transcribed as part of this survey. The earthworks remain visible on aerial photographs up until 1977, although have been completely levelled and the site developed for residential housing by 1989.
