Full description
Devon County Council, 1838-1848, Tithe Mosaic, approximately 1838-1848 (Cartographic). SDV349431.
A small circular feature is illustrated within the south-east corner of plot 101 on the Axmouth Tithe Map.
Ordnance Survey, 1880-1899, First Edition Ordnance 25 inch map (Cartographic). SDV336179.
A feature is present within the south-east corner of the field, but it is of a different size and shape to that shown on the earlier Tithe Map.

The layout of the feature is similar to that shown on the First Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map.

A small circular feature is illustrated within the south-east corner of plot 101 on the Axmouth Tithe Map of 1842. Although of a different size and shape, a feature is also shown in this location on both the First and Second Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey maps. It is possible that this feature may relate to the quarry to the south of the road.
