A rectangular building is shown within the northwest corner of plot 16 on the Axmouth Tithe Map.

The building is not present.

A rectangular building is shown within the northwest corner of plot 16, adjacent to the road, on the Axmouth Tithe Map of 1842. The building is not present on the First Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map indicating that it has been demolished by this date.
