Hegarty, C. + Knight, S. + Sims, R., 2014-2015, East and Mid Devon River Catchments National Mapping Programme Project (Interpretation). SDV356883.

Two curvilinear earthwork ditches, measuring between 8 and 11 metres in width, are visible on images derived from lidar data captured between 2005 and 2010. They are tentatively interpreted as the relict remains of removed field boundaries of probable medieval date. Interpretation is cautious as they are aligned cross-contour and are not visible on earlier available aerial photographs, although this could be because they are slight. No field boundaries are depicted in this location on the Tithe maps, and any field boundaries here appear to have passed out of use prior to the mid-19th century.
