The building is also present on the Second Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map of between 1904-06, although it has been extended to the east. The building remains extant on the Ordnance Survey Master Map of 2015.

Devon County Council, 1838-1848, Tithe Mosaic, approximately 1838-1848 (Cartographic). SDV349431.

The building is not present on and so post-dates the Seaton and Beer parish tithe map of approximately 1838-48.
