A single rectangular structure is first illustrated on the First Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map of between the 1880’s-90’s, although by the time of the Second Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map of between 1904-06 an additional two structures to the south are also illustrated. The Ordnance Survey MasterMap of 2015 shows the area to have since been developed.

Full description

Devon County Council, 1838-1848, Tithe Mosaic, approximately 1838-1848 (Cartographic). SDV349431.

The buildings are not depicted on and so likely post-date the Seaton and Beer parish tithe map of approximately 1838-48.
