1793, Map of the Manor of Branscombe Parish of Branscombe and County of Devon Property of the Dean and Chapter of Exeter Survey'd and mapp'd in 1793 by Alexr Law. (Cartographic). SDV357798.
A building is illustrated within the north-west corner of the plot.

The building is no longer present.

A building is illustrated within the north-west corner of the plot on the 1793 'Map of the Manor of Branscombe Parish of Branscombe and County of Devon Property of the Dean and Chapter of Exeter Survey'd and mapp'd in 1793 by Alexr Law.' The building is recorded as a 'Barn and Courtlage' within the accompanying particulars, and the plot within which the barn sits is labelled as 'Stone Horse Park.' The building is not present on the Branscombe Tithe Map of 1840 indicating that it has been demolished by this date, but this field is still recorded as 'Stone Horse Park' within the Branscombe Tithe Apportionment.
