A building is illustrated within the north-east corner of pasture Plot 101 on the Brixton Tithe Map of 1839, recorded as 'Garden Park' within the Tithe Apportionment. The building is not present on the First Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map (1880-1899) indicating that it had been demolished by this date.
