Plot 300 is recorded as 'Well Spring' and plot 301 is recorded as 'Well Spring Orchard' within the Brixton Tithe Apportionment.

There is no evidence for a well.

Plot 300 on the Brixton Tithe Map of 1839 is recorded as 'Well Spring' and the adjacent field to the south-east (plot 301) is recorded as 'Well Spring Orchard' within the Tithe Apportionment indicating the presence of a well within the vicinity. Both plots are situated alongside a track. There is no further evidence for a well in this location on the Tithe Map, or the First and Second Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey maps (c.1880s and 1904-6).
