The structure appears to be upstanding on both the First Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map of between the 1880’s-90’s and the Second Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map of between 1904-06, but not on the Ordnance Survey 2015 MasterMap. The site is now located on undeveloped land.

A small building is depicted within Plot 219 on the 1841 Revelstoke tithe map and is recorded as 'Hoarstone Orchard' on the accompanying apportionment.

The structure appears to be upstanding on the First Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map of between the 1880’s-90’s.
