A square building is first shown on the First Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map beside a track in woodland on the Kitley Estate. A building is also shown in this location on the Second Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map, with the woodland now labelled as 'The Rookery.' The building is not present on the Ordnance Survey Master Map indicating that it has been demolished prior to 2015.
