Plot 383 is recorded as a 'House, Yard, Mowhay & Buildings' within the Brixton Tithe Apportionment.

A group of buildings to the south of Winston are illustrated in an arrangement around a courtyard on the Brixton Tithe Map of 1839. They are located within Plot 383, recorded as 'House, Yard, Mowhay & Buildings' witin the Brixton Tithe Apportionment. With the exception of two small structures at the northern end of the complex, the buildings are not present on the later First Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map of 1880-1899. These two buildings remain on the Second Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map (1904-6), but only one remains on the Ordnance Survey Master Map. The Master Map also shows that the remainder of the plot has remained undeveloped.
