Plot 398 is recorded as 'Buildings & Yard adjoining Lower Orchard' within the Brixton Tithe Apportionment.

A group of buildings are illustrated around a courtyard within plot 398 on the Brixton Tithe map.

A group of buildings to the south of Winston are illustrated around a courtyard on the Brixton Tithe Map of 1839. They are located within plot 398, recorded as 'Buildings & Yard adjoining Lower Orchard' within the Tithe Apportionment. The buildings are not present on the First Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map, with this plot now shown as woodland, indicating that they have been demolished prior to 1899.
