Plot 1250 is recorded as 'Rookery' within the Tithe Apportionment.

A rectangular building is illustrated in the south-east corner of the plot 1250 on the Yealmpton Tithe Map.

Plot 1250 on the Yealmpton Tithe Map of 1843 is recorded as 'Rookery' within the Tithe Apportionment. A rectangular building is illustrated in the south-east corner of the plot on the Tithe Map, and falls to the north of a large complex of buildlings labelled as 'Kitley.' The building is present on the First and Second Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey maps, and is shown to sit within an area of woodland. The building is not present on the Ordnance Survey Master Map indicating that it had been demolished prior to 2015.
