Summary

Three rectangular buildings forming a U-shaped arrangement are depicted on the 1839 Newton Ferrers tithe map and recorded as 'Barton and Court' on the accompanying tithe apportionment. On the First Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map of between the 1880’s-90’s and the Second Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map of between 1904-06 there is a broadly similar arrangement of buildings, albeit with some alterations, and are labelled as part of 'Court Farm'. On the Ordnance Survey 2015 MasterMap the site has been developed.
