Plot 552 is recorded as 'Burrow Park' within the Newton Ferrers Tithe Apportionment.


Pink, F., 2014-2015, South Devon Coast Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey Desk-Based Assessment (Interpretation). SDV357736.

Plot 552 on the Newton Ferrers Tithe Map of 1839 is recorded as 'Burrow Park' within the Tithe Apportionment. The name may indicate the location of a barrow within the vicinity, although no features are clearly illustrated on either the Tithe Map, or the First and Second Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey maps.
