A rectangular building is first shown on the Second Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map (1904-6), and lies adjacent to the northern boundary of a field to the west of Beer Road. The building is not present on the Ordnance Survey Master Map indicating that it had been demolished prior to this date, with an L-shaped building on a different alignment now shown to occupy this plot.
