A rectangular building is illustrated adjacent to the southern boundary of a field to the north of Clapp's Lane.

A rectangular building is first shown on the Second Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map against the southern boundary of a field to the north of Clapp's Lane. The building is not present on the Ordnance Survey Master Map indicating that it had been demolished and replaced by a housing development prior to 2015.
