A rectangular building is depicted and labelled as 'Smallacombe Linhay' on both the First Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map of between the 1880’s-90’s and the Second Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map of between 1904-06, just north of Smallacombe Coppice. The linhay also appears to be depicted on the 1840 Wembury tithe map. It appears to be depicted as a structure on the Ordnance Survey 2015 MasterMap.

The linhay also appears to be depicted on the 1840 Wembury tithe map.
