Summary

On the 1841 Modbury tithe map, a small square building of a probable barn is depicted within Plot 1802 and recorded as 'Nursery' on the accompanying tithe apportionment. The building is also illustrated in woodland on the First Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map of between the 1880’s-90’s, although appears to have been demolished by the time of the Second Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map of between 1904-06.
