A group of buildings are shown within plot 709 on the Sidmouth Tithe Map.

Ordnance Survey, 1880-1899, First Edition Ordnance 25 inch map (Cartographic). SDV336179.

The buildings are no longer present. A house is shown and labelled as 'Willoughby.'

A group of buildings are shown within plot 709 on the Sidmouth Tithe Map of 1839. None of these buildings are present on the First Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map indicating that they had been demolished prior to 1899 and replaced by a large building labelled as 'Willoughby.'
