Plot 217 is recorded as 'Houses and Lawn' within the Salcombe Regis Tithe Apportionment.

A building is illustrated within plot 217 on the Salcombe Regis Tithe Map.

A square building is illustrated and labelled as 'Salcombe Mount', and additional buildings are shown within the plot to the east.

A building is illustrated within plot 217 on the Salcombe Regis Tithe Map of 1839 and is recorded as 'Houses and Lawn' within the accompanying Tithe Apportionment. The building appears to have been replaced by a much larger square building which is shown in this location on the First Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map. This new building is labelled as 'Salcombe Mount', and additional buildings are shown within the plot to the east. A similar layout of buildings is shown on the Second Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map where the buildings are labelled as 'Lusways', and on the Ordnance Survey Master Map where additional buildings have been added to the west and labelled as 'Lusways Court.'
