Plot 255 is recorded as 'House' within the Salcombe Regis Tithe Apportionment.

A building is illustrated within plot 255 on the Salcombe Regis Tithe Map, with a drive shown to both the east and west.

A building is shown and labelled as 'Salcombe Hill House.'

A building is illustrated within plot 255 on the Salcombe Regis Tithe Map of 1839, with a drive shown to both the east and west. The plot is recorded as 'House' within the accompanying Tithe Apportionment. A building is also shown in this location on both the First and Second Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey maps where it is labelled as 'Salcombe Hill House.' A building is shown within this plot on the Ordnance Survey Master Map, but it is of a much larger scale compared to that shown on the Second Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map indicating that the earlier building has either been extended, or replaced by this larger building. New buildings are also now shown to the west situated on the area of the former driveway.
