A building is shown within plot 570 on the Sidmouth Tithe Map.

A building is present and labelled as 'The Grove.'

A building is shown within plot 570 on the Sidmouth Tithe Map of 1839. A building of a similar layout is shown in this location on First Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map, where it is labelled as 'The Grove.' The building is present on the Second Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map, but is not present on the Ordnance Survey Master Map indicating that it had been demolished and replaced by a housing development prior to 2015.
