Summary

Three rectangular buildings are depicted within Plot 957 on the 1842 Holbeton tithe map and recorded as 'Court & Buildings' on the accompanying apportionment, to the southeast of Efford House. All but one of the buildings to the south remains extant on the First Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map of between the 1880’s-90’s and the Second Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map of between 1904-06. The remaining building is not depicted on the Ordnance Survey 2015 MasterMap.
