Devon County Council, 1838-1848, Tithe Mosaic, approximately 1838-1848 (Cartographic). SDV349431.

A group of buildings are shown within plot 436 on the Sidmouth Tithe Map.

Ordnance Survey, 1880-1899, First Edition Ordnance 25 inch map (Cartographic). SDV336179.

Buildings are shown in this location but there have been considerable changes to their layout compared to those shown on the earlier Tithe Map.

Ordnance Survey, 1904 - 1906, Second Edition Ordnance Survey 25 inch Map (Cartographic). SDV325644.

The layout of buildings is similar to that shown on the earlier First Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map.

A group of buildings are shown within plot 436 on the Sidmouth Tithe Map. Buildings are also shown in this location on the First Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map, although there have been considerable changes to their layout compared to those shown on the earlier Tithe Map indicating that the earlier buildings have either been extended or demolished. The layout of buildings shown on the Second Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map is largely similar to that shown on the earlier First Edition map, but these buildings are not present on the Ordnance Survey Master Map indicating that they had been demolished prior to 2015 and replaced by new buildings.
