A large building is shown within plot 649 on the Sidmouth Tithe Map.

A large building is shown within plot 649 on the Sidmouth Tithe Map of 1839. The building is also present on the First and Second Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey maps where it is labelled as 'Boughmore.' The building is present on the Ordnance Survey Master Map, but there have been some changes to the layout indicating either that part of the southern end has been demolished, or that the building has been replaced by a new structure.
