A linear earthwork ditch is visible.

Hegarty, C. + Knight, S. + Sims, R., 2014-2015, East and Mid Devon River Catchments National Mapping Programme Project (Interpretation). SDV356883.

A curvilinear ditch, up to 11 metres in width, is visible as a broad earthwork on images derived from lidar data captured in 2010. No field boundaries are depicted in this exact location on the available historic mapping, but the earthwork terminates at the intersection with two similar earthworks, depicted as field boundaries on the historic mapping and likely to be medieval in date. The ditch is therefore interpreted as the relict remains of a former medieval or post medieval field boundary, which appears to have passed out of use prior to the mid-19th century. It is not clearly visible on available aerial photographs, suggesting that earthworks may be slight.
