Plot 730 on the Topsham Tithe Map of 1843 is recorded as 'Two Cottages and a Garden' within the accompanying Tithe Apportionment. A building is shown in this location on both the First and Second Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey maps, but it is not present on the Ordnance Survey Master Map, indicating that it had been demolished and replaced by a housing development prior to 2015.
