A complex of buildings are illustrated within plot 623 on the Exminster Tithe Map of 1842.

Ordnance Survey, 1880-1899, First Edition Ordnance 25 inch map (Cartographic). SDV336179.

A complex of buildings are present and labelled as 'Finches Farm.'

A complex of buildings are illustrated within plot 623 on the Exminster Tithe Map of 1842, and are present on the First Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map where they are labelled as 'Finches Farm.' The buildings are illustrated on the Second Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map, but are not present on the Ordnance Survey Master Map indicating that they had been demolished prior to 2015, with the area remaining undeveloped.
