The surrounding fields also have names relating to the lime kiln including plot 122a recorded as 'Kiln Close' and plot 120a recorded as 'Little Kiln Close' within the Tithe Apportionment. The lime kiln is not depicted on the later First Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map.
