A rectangular building is shown against the western boundary of plot 119b on the Combeinteignhead Tithe Map.

Plot 119b on the Combeinteignhead Tithe Map of 1839 is recorded as 'Court Linhay Waste &c' within the Tithe Apportionment. The field name indicates the presence of a linhay within the vicinity and is likely to relate to a rectangular building shown against the western boundary of the field. The building is not present on the later First Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map indicating that it had been demolished prior to 1899.
